HubSpot Marketer - Charlotte

We are hiring an Inbound marketer to work full-time to support the execution and strategic initiatives for our clients.

The ideal candidate would be a marketer with hands-on experience using HubSpot to support the development of an inbound marketing or sales program for clients.

The responsibilities for this position would include managing HubSpot, reporting, analytics, web research, COS websites, campaign planning, email campaigns, social media, SEO tools, lead generation, and other inbound marketing initiatives.

Our ideal candidate would be self-driven, have a propensity for learning and is skilled with an array of online marketing disciplines. The candidate will be responsible for earning appropriate certifications in the field of marketing before or during their role at the agency.

Core responsibilities


  • Assess clients' analytics and reporting to make recommendations
  • Create landing pages, call-to-action, update website pages, and optimize websites to improve conversion rates
  • Help retain and grow client relationships
  • Implement and manage client HubSpot accounts
  • Use analytics to drive marketing decision making
  • Provide clients reporting on performance and outcomes from marketing campaigns
  • Create and manage organic and paid campaigns with a focus on lead acquisition

  • Provide support and clear communications to clients
  • Strategy and execution for SEO, social media, content, and conversion rate optimization
  • Set goals using lead generation rates as a baseline
  • Contribute to action plans, strategy, and marketing recommendations provided to clients
  • Learn and practice account-based marketing and sales enablement techniques
  • Continually improve your skills, education, and certifications

Qualifications include

  • Professional experience as a digital marketer
  • Experience managing Hubspot
  • Propensity or desire to learn web analytics: Hubspot, Google Analytics and other analytic tools
  • Adwords and PPC management (or desire to learn quickly)
  • Strong writing skills
  • Organized & clear communicator
  • Loves working on web projects
  • A balance of analytical and creative
  • Willing to meet our certification requirements
  • Desire for on-going learning in field of digital marketing and analytics
  • Must be located remote within the US only, and be able to work 9am - 6pm EST
  • Must be comfortable working in a remote environment

The candidate should understand inbound marketing strategy and execution, and have an understanding of data analysis and marketing automation.

We are seeking an individual that embodies our passion for ongoing learning. We are open to candidates that may need to gain new skills for this role and will take 5-6 HubSpot and Google certifications within the first year to help with skill development. We also expect that this candidate will be open to learning and becoming a champion for Ironpaper's methodologies for marketing, sales, content, and management. Additionally, this position will require someone that will continuously learn and gain new and diverse skills over time.
