The budget confidence indicator has a recorded a value of 51.8 this month, which is basically unmoved from September. For ten months, the score has floated above the threshold value of 50.
The index records a score above 50 to indicate a improving environment for marketing budgets monthly. Less than 50 indicates a descending optimism.
