Twitter, the micro-blogging service, has hit 20.1 million users this summer.
In the forth quarter of this year, Twitter will begin to generate revenue by introducing services for businesses. Such services might include an analytics dashboard to help companies monitor reputations and responses to their brands or offer verified Twitter accounts.
No details have been given as to the level of revenue the company plans/hopes to generate by the introduction of business services. Most likely the services will be offered on a limited basis.
The company also announced plans to expand their staff from 65 to 100 during this year.
