A new report by Return Path, Where, When and What We Checked Emails On This Holiday Season, sheds some light on email usage data trends. The Return Path report examined about 1.3 billion opened emails. Mobile is a platform for reading emails. During this recent holiday season, mobile had a 51% of email open share rate. Mobile claims the top position for consumers opening and reading emails, the study reported. And, this number is only growing.
